Solving Midweek Dinner Doldrums
Our Food client was focused on creating new products across broader platforms, targeting to get to fewer, bigger and better platform launches that span multiple product lines and ladder up to a common insight/benefit umbrella.
For our Disciplined Radical Thinking process, we assembled 15 outsiders to help develop new ideas, from the fields of culinary arts, restaurants, behavioral science, digital media, consumer psychology, and advertising, using Transforum, SpencerHall’s dynamic online platform.
We explored six core territories for innovation that led to the creation of 25 new product concepts for quant testing. The result was a pipeline of new ideas that exceeded controls, ranging from long-range ideas to short-range meal-prep help across multiple meals.
