Driving Experiential Learning
Our healthcare curriculum client wanted to develop new ways to engage students in allied health professions, recognizing the wide variance in student backgrounds and skills.
SpencerHall was brought into the project to help create inventive approaches that would engage students with experiential and interactive methods. To fuel our Disciplined Radical Thinking process, we assembled a Brain Trust of experts from Gamification/AI, Entertainment, Behavioral Sciences, Cultural Anthropology, and Community Building to collaborate with the client team on our Transforum platform.
Over 200 ideas were developed, covering a range of simulations, interactive apps and distance learning methods. The lead ideas were very enthusiastically received by allied healthcare instructors and administrators, and are being developed for market.
